Product Return & Refunds Policy


1. Not what you ordered / damaged product ?

If we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you, or if the product is not as described on the Website or the product is damaged, please notify us “here”. You would be required to ship the product back to us for our verification with our attached prepaid envelope

Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible or provide the necessary refund within 10 to 14 working days if that is your choice

2. I want an exchange

If you have received the product and would like an upgrade or an exchange, please click ‘here’ and notify us. You would then be required to return the product to us in the same manner in which you have received it ( unworn, unwashed and in the proper packaging ) and you are also required to top-up the price difference ( if there is ) and show us proof of said top up

Once we have received the returned product and verified the top-up, we will ship the upgraded product to you at no shipping cost

All exchanges are final.


I changed my mind / This is not what I want

We provide full refunds if you are not satisfied with the product however you must notify us within 7 working days from receiving said product of your intention to return and requiring refunds.

You should notify us here of your intention to return wanting a refund and upon verification of the returned product , a refund will be made to you within 10 to 14 working days

You are required to return the product with the attached return envelope / packaging and with the product not being damaged or worn, with packaging intact 


You must notify us ‘here’ within 7 working days of receiving said product of your intention to return / refund ( for any of the reasons above ). Any notification after the lapse of the 7 working days period will no longer be entertained unless your delay to notify us is justified. Please contact us.

RETURNS & REFUNDS For International Countries

We do not provide refunds as all sales are final. However with regards to product damage or error in shipping due to our fault , we will arrange for replacements or refunds accordingly. Please contact us , to allow us to manage the process together with you
